Large and very heavy mid-century vintage 1950s blue glass bowl with large controlled bubbles, most likely Whitefriars. Almost 2kg in weight, 6cm tall and 20cm in diameter. Very robust with thick walls. The pontil mark has been ground out and there is a lot of shelfware on the base. Lots of wear inside too…this bowl has been used a lot!
