Very rare vintage lucite or resin art sculpture attributed to Pierre Giraudon due to the similarity with his lightbulb sculptures and other very rare inclusion sculptures. The bubble is very similar to the bubble of the lightbulb sculptures and the same technique seems to have been used. This is, in fact, the only example of a dice sculpture that can be found on the internet. The sculpture is a cube of clear (now slightly yellow from age) lucite or resin with a large bubble of air inside, and inside the bubble are two tiny dice. The dice move about freely inside the bubble and the cube can be shaken to shake the dice, making a nice rattle sound. It's small…4cm cubed…perfect for holding in the hand. This would make a very unusual and fun gift that's much better in reality than in the photos.
