Vintage 40s Blue Full Circle Party Dress

Cornflower blue cotton fabric, the top part is lined with lilac taffeta (?). Gold zip up the back. Tight cuffs that do not open, so not suitable for big hands. No size stated but it looks to be a size 8. Please check the measurements in the photo. Good condition. Perfect for a 40s party.
